The rooms here are quite spacious and affordable. Each room comes with a large fridge and even an ashtray. the staff is really friendly and welcoming. 🤗 Plus, its location is awesome, just 16 miles from the airport.

It is in walking distance to the stadium. The owner did give us a ride there for the game.

Everything.... The hotel was old, dirty and lacked modern conveniences, such as an iron, closet, ample lighting, bathroom soap, tissue, etc. We only had one towel and one washcloth. We onlyhad maid service for one of the three nights there. It looked like a place for prostitutes. To feel comfortable, I had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol, linen, towels, washcloths and a bath mat. Usually, you get a receipt on the last day of your stay. I had to go to the front desk and ask for one. The lady had an attitude because she had to make a copy of one for me. I will not be staying there again, for sure!

The room we had included a television, a microwave, and a refrigerator. the private bathroom had all essentials. the staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the pool area was covered.

40 dollar a night room at 80 per night for Cowboy Game...

the only thing good about americas best value inn. was that it was pretty close to the cowboy stadium...all else was very poor

we asked for a non smoking room and we got a room that smelled like smoke..very very very bad...sheets were kind of dirty...we slept in our clothes

The location is amazing, really close to the Americas Best Value Inn in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark, and a park. the room was spotless and updated, with a comfortable bed and pillows, as well as a microwave and a fridge.

I did not like anything about this Inn. It smelled bad, the heater didn't work, the sofa bed was so filthy, none of the lamps worked and mouse droppings were found in the bathroom. I cut my losses and refused to sleep in the room a second night. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in.

The inn should just be torn down and replaced with a more modern hotel.

It's next to the Dallas Cowboys stadium and offer shuttle service to Six Flags at no charge. It's an inexpensive hotel to rest at after an exhausting day and night out on the town.

Needs new paint and remodeling. Inside and out.

The Budget Host Inn in Arlington, Texas has a great location near the Americas Best Value Inn and AT&T Stadium. the rooms are spacious and recently renovated, equipped with a large fridge, which is a must-have for me.

The inn was very run down and in need of repairs. The room was sub-standard bed was hard, pillows well used, bad smells, noisy, and there were crawling bugs (not bedbugs tho) I felt that for the price, I could have slept in my vehicle and been more comfortable!

Its location in Arlington was great and amazing, next to Six Flags amusement park and everything, especially stadium and restaurants. It also was close to the football stadium.

This place has a fantastic location, just a mile from a domed stadium, and it's only a 10-15-minute walk to the city center.

It was not as bad as the reviews I read. It was clean and great location to the stadium. I have no complaints and would stay there again.
